White Fort Hotel - Dubai

The hotel is nice and straightforward. the staff, especially the manager, are nice. the location is great and absolutely perfect, near a metro station. the area is lively and enjoyable.

Everything is bad. It is filthy (room was so dirty that you can see the filth on the floor, in the bathroom and the cupboards), uncomfortable, and people can barely speak English at the reception. Plus Deira is not a good place to stay in Dubai. Even the elevators and entrance halls are dirty. Spend a bit more on a better hotel.

They told me that they don't have rooms when I reached hotel at 3am as I told them (my first day) - accordengly, they sent me to very bad hotel where I checked out after two days and returned to White fort hotel which was good.

Great location near a supermarket and stores; rooms are modern and quiet. Rewritten: the location here is fantastic, close to a supermarket and stores, and the rooms are modern and peaceful.

Very dirty and smelly hotel. Very disgusting and boring breakfast once you have to eat for 5 days in a row. Must improve on cleanness. Worst of all, this hotel does not accept credit card but CASH only. Can you imagine we need to borrow cash from our customer? So embarrassing......

Absolutely nothing

Pretty much everything, from the attitude of the staff to the location of the hotel.

The room had a modern design with comfortable twin beds close together. the interior design was pleasant. the hotel is conveniently located for easy access to private taxis at a good price and offers views of a park. It's a fantastic hotel and my top pick in Dubai.

Thanks for such a fine stay for 8 nights. The hotel is clean and has excellent co-operating and best staff. Its location is lovely, near an office supply store. The property is a 10-minute stroll to the centre. The room is nicely furnished and new-fashioned with double bed, also they can offer wake-up service.

Our room had a really nice decor and the bathroom was a great spot to unwind. the bed was super cozy and they had WiFi and a writing table, so you could stay connected and get work done 💻.

The room comes with a balcony which is a nice touch. It is conveniently located near the Twin Towers Shopping Mall, so you have easy access to shopping and dining options. 🛍️

Value for the price and the situation of the hotel. Central in Deira and almost in front of the metro. Staff was nice, familly hotel. Breakfast included and not too bad.

The noise coming from the other rooms. Again location on the map was not correct. It is central on Baniyas square and not in any other street.

I booked a room with twin beds close together, with a beautiful interior design, and it was conveniently located near Bur Dubai Abra Dock Marina.

Well furnished and neat room, cooperative staff. Good service overall and parking nearby.
